Use case: SaaS Business
This hypothetical company offers a service to track page views on web apps. They have different pricing plans depending on how many page views are logged per month. In order to improve conversion rates, this company uses Insights to track the following actions on their app:
- Page views on the front page, documentation page, sign in/sign up page, dashboard, and project page.
- User registration funnel, after which point the user lands on a dashboard with a list of projects and the option to create a new project.
- User split between the different plans: Personal, Business, or Enterprise.
